I believe it has to do with the ongoing maintenance but yes it is down for me as well.

Bots are very obvious, even when I've gone down at random increments from the current sell now price(3,5,10 stubs), it gets instantly topped by a bot by one less stub.

Think the app and the website are down during maintenance.
