That's how I redeemed them to, but I never received the packs even though the code was accepted.

I bought the game a month ago. I used the redemption code that came with the game. The code said it worked, but I never received the packs. I submitted multiple tickets and emails but never heard back. Does anyone know of any other way of contacting this company? TIA
