sorry Collin but you guys have said the same thing with every issue for years. People are kind of tired of the canned responses that you guys pass off as communication. Cant blame people for speculating if you provide 0 information.

Listen man, a lot of people on here have paid $100 to play RTTS and diamond dynasty. The two biggest modes are pretty much unplayable for most people that play during normal times. I think people are allowed to be mad.
Alright guys, so hear me out. Hitters at best get on base 40% of the time. I haven't played baseball since high school and was a position player back then but yk its not as hard as it looks. I can for sure get guys out that have spent their entire lives hitting against the best of the best. I'm going to find a video of a player grounding out in the MLB for proof

the game is legit terrible and the update didnt help much but i think anyone with knowledge of the real world knows trying to start a class action lawsuit over this is beyond stupid

Depends on your opponents rating. Whoever is highest. 700-899 is HOF but if you play someone ranked 900+ it’s legend.
Gotcha. Thanks for clarifying. All RS should be one difficulty. Switching between different pitch speeds is inane.
its been a major complaint over the years and they thought that the new system would fix it but it definitely doesn't. Bouncing between all star/ HOF or HOF/legend game after game is beyond stupid

First of all game wasn't broke @ launch. It didn't break until first update.
Second, how ironic you complain b/c they say sorry and they are looking into it, instead of saying ty for giving us an update. If you guys are that ungrateful then do us all a favor and uninstall and find another forum to be salty in.
you do realize that them developing the game isnt like they are doing us a favor right? People pay money for the game to work and they pay extra for early access. If the game doesnt work the way it should during that early access then SDS hasnt lived up on their end. This idea that we should be so grateful for them to just do their job is ridiculous

Whether it is Launch Day, A New Event, added programs etc,, Expect to see problems throughout the process.
Not saying it is acceptable but sums up to another year of what MLBTS is known for.
Ive been playing for years. I guess i just have a problem that the server issues is the same thing every year and we're supposed to just deal with it bc its "normal" even though it shouldn't be.

Oh I understand now. The online community, that had to play offline stuff every program to this point was all fine and dandy but because now the offline community has to play a bit online, it’s an issue

They don't even have to play online though. a lot of the offline community just completely disregards showdown when talking about playing offline
bc showdown challenges them and they dont like that
what's the ETA of an SDS fan boy posting in this thread telling everyone how ungrateful they are and the game is just fine?
there are other ways to stress test a server. there's no excuse for these server issues for the 6th year in a row. SDS is more worried about making DD content and maximizing their opportunities to make more money through stubs. We are in desperate need of another company to make a good baseball game. if only it were possible

The RTTS stuff is being addressed in the next patch. Idk, I've been playing DD since 17. In MLB 17, other than the RTTS and Xbox related problems. Every other problem matches Exactly to 21. Difference is in this game these problems will probably be fixed by the middle of next week. In 17 the same problems persisted for almost 3 months. I know the Xbox players were naive to that fact that these problems might happen. I only Have the problem with posters that have been on these forums for years and still expected a perfect launch, then making 14 posts complaining about what was completely expected to happen with new platforms/generations and double the player base. I can deal with server problems. It happens.
no one is expecting perfection just for most things to work. When people pay 100 for early access and content they want to be able to actually play the game. if it was just the server stuff i wouldnt have a problem at all, even though its frustrating, bc that happens every year. there's just a lot of issues that are pretty huge

But no matter what I throw or where I throw it, this dude gets on base lol. A single is basically a triple. Then once he is on third, every pimple faced loser lays down a bunt. Even If i have him nailed at home, we get into a run down and i throw it to 3rd and my player is frozen in place all of a sudden. I can throw it but I cant move. This has happened like 5x to me now. Not just vs Buxton but other plays as well.
