Why isn’t the One Cardinal Way apartment building in St Louis??

Is One Cardinal away apartment building in the game, at Busch Stadium?

And the game is too easy hitting on beginner. Dynamic is easy at first but makes no sense to use if the difficulty is just going to go up to the highest level. Hitting on veteran is way too hard sometimes too. I think I need to switch to “casual” play style or something idk ‍️

It does seem off to me sometimes
