@Dolenz_PSN That card art looks awesome.
Thanks for all you do for the community here, mate.

Dude, grow up.
You're taking L's, accept them rather than abusing people and calling everyone who is better than you a cheat.
@LIONED-33_XBL Using that logic, given i had finest done months ago, i should get super upset because they keep handing out bonuses to help people get TA progression.
I'm not though, you know why? Because I'm not trying to hoarde rewards, I want everyone to get access to cards, that's where the fun is.
It also makes zero difference to my gameplay or enjoyment.
Why would I be so miserable as to actively want to stop people getting access to cards?
It's a video game.

They won't add more. That would be unfair to all of those who did it with the existing options.
They added things to the TA programs to assist long after i did it the hard way, so there is precedent.
@Dolenz_PSN said in New extreme missions or vouchers coming on 10/31?:
But I am also tired of the "just play" responses. The people who are not talented or persistent enough to do the content more than likely do not play enough hours to earn 800,000 PXP. That is a ridiculous amount, especially playing offline on lower difficulties
Absolutely.
I'm a first year guy who has grinded a crazy amount this year, but frankly, i'm still not very good (and don't seem to be improving).
Even as a hardcore grinder, i've barely made a dent in the program through the PXP.
I am fortunate to have every card in the game (aside from those in this program) and maxed out stubs, so there's absolutely no reason for me to grind my life away at end-game for a couple of cards.
We've done the topic to death, but it is just a very odd move from SDS to make it this onerous at this time of year because incentive to play is already at a year long low, so this is only going to drive people away, not have them engage further (which is surely the goal).
I loved this game as a first timer, but i feel they misjudged this one badly and the lack of correction has been poor.
@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN Glad you've made progress, man.
For me, as i say this as a hardcore grinder, there's zero incentive for me to grind my life away for weeks/months for a couple of cards and i suspect there are many, many like me.
We're at end game, engagement is very low and this has, in my view, only lessened engagement given how ridiculously onerous it is.
@sbchamps17_NSW Once again, you're assuming that everyone is at your skill level.
For some, the conquest map is well beyond their capabilities, so no, they can't just 'do this, this and this' to complete the program.
@Teak2112_MLBTS said in Are 99 OVR Cards becoming meaningless at this stage?:
There is definitely a progression within the 99s
At what point does the progression become meaningless, though.
If you're a good player using an All-Star 99, what actual discernible difference in your gameplay would a slightly progressed version have?
I'm [censored] and I don't notice nor see any improvement in my output with the slightly better 99s.
@Dolenz_PSN They're far and away more responsive and on the ball than their competitors, but it's not a good look when they (despite the decent lead time) miss the usual content time and merely say 'later' or 'this afternoon' for content.
Not hitting the usual deadline and not providing a time gives the impression of scrambling, which is not a good look.
@Teak2112_MLBTS said in Extreme Program:
I think higher difficulty getting faster progress makes sense, thats how Extreme worked the last couple of years. But for some reason they decided to [censored] over people that can't handle, or don't enjoy, the higher difficulties this time around by not providing a reasonable alternate path.
And that's the crux of the issue.
Those desperately trying to bogart Elly try to frame it that people want a super quick and easy path, but we know that's not true.
People want a realistic and reasonable alternative.
Having to grind for months or hit the equivalent of 20,000 home runs (factoring in double PXP) is neither realistic or reasonable and i suspect SDS know this, hence the potential voucher as a make good.
I'm a first year player, but my understanding of Finest was these were supposed to be the best of the best cards, the cards you grind for all year.
Is that accurate?
Because when I look at these cards, I don't see many that will even make my best squad, let alone move the needle.
@PriorFir4383355_XBL said in So nothing new next year?:
You chill!
Say what, now?
You're getting so bent out of shape that you're using nonsensical 'i know you are but what am i' level insults, so yes, please chill.
Yep.
I'm not even bothering with the program, but it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to make it this onerous (and tedious) for lower ranked players at a time when SDS needs everyone they can to be playing the game.
@Dolenz_PSN I look forward to buying the cards rather than wasting my time playing such a glitched mode.
@Blkheart96_XBL Thanks dude.
I've got nothing to spend them on, was just curious as i got towards 5M.
Hopefully something comes tomorrow to spend them on.
That's disappointing.
Given the PXP needed for Extreme, having a DQ where you don't get PXP for the moments rather than a grindable conquest map is certainly a choice.

My guess is that with the way he has performed in the postseason everyone is trying to buy him cheap before he gets boosted the next roster update
I thought there weren't going to be any more roster updates.
I had a ton of dupes so got him.
He's okay but probably not going to crack any lineups.
@TexansSwarm_XBL Two and a half hours.
@SDS_JoeK_PSN I like the idea, just think the comms could have been better.
I know the community played a part by not actually reading everything, but I think it could have been more effective if the comms were clearer.
@ABGdestroyer2011_PSN I could be wrong, but I believe they said if the goal is reached, it'd appear in the shop.
