When you went in stubs...did you click buy stubs?

Yes

You went to the screen where it says confirm purchase?

I'm not going to confirm a purchase and get charged $100

No don't confirm it..go to that screen then back out

It's frustrating payint $100 for a game that doesnt deliver. I know that they will probably fix the issue but it should have never happened.

I hope they fix it...did you email them?

Yeah, I've tried that. It's worked for a few people. Not me.....

I did a play now with live rosters. It had me agree to the terms. Then I backed out of the game and restarted the show, and all my preorder items showed up and I could download updated rosters.

That does not work. Just because it worked for you doesnt mean that its working for everyone else. Look at the forums and see all of the issues..
