You know what would have been cool? One statement from SDS yesterday saying the codes won't be activated until the 20th (launch day) That would have solved a lot of aggravation and time. But of course we got nothing.

I bought the Jackie Robinson Collector's Edition for XBox Series X (Disc Version)
I entered the code that was included in the box both on the microsoft.com/redeem site like it said, and also from my Xbox console and it says the code does not work.

I have tried it numerous times and it will not accept it. Does anyone know the process on getting this to work?
