Why are we getting losses when this happens. I was 20-1 making a World Series run and get my second loss on this. It happened a lot last year too and demoralizes you to play the game. Is there any way to prevent this or reverse the loss?

I purchased $ 100 worth of stubs (150k). I purchase two headliner pack (15k), one headliner choice pack (25k), one jump start pack (15k), and two big dog packs (30keach= 60k). The total being 115k. The packs are not in my inventory and the remaining 35k stubs are not in my account. Need help
