Yep! I’m missing over 150k and submitted a ticket, but it’s been two weeks and I haven’t gotten a response. SDS’s support team is an absolute joke.

I only buy packs on launch day then never buy another pack the rest of the game's lifecycle.

Creating a ticket is absolutely useless unfortunately. I'm still waiting on a response to my ticket from day 1 of launch.

I don’t know if this is true, but it seems like it goes with the first position on your archetype. I have a Slugger catcher, but it says his primary position is 1B.

Let me put it another way...Ichiro Suzuki was a contact hitter, Definitely never swung for the fences - Yet he still hit 117 homers in his career. It happens, Call off the nerf police, Sheesh!

I think people are looking at the issue the wrong way. I don’t think contact swing itself needs to be nerfed, but the ability to constantly mash balls way outside the strike zone is what does need to be nerfed. There should be a contact/power reduction for swinging at pitches outside the zone.

Except other companies actually reply to support tickets and give people [censored] they are missing. Sorry, no apologies is good enough until I get my missing stubs back.

Yep - it's been almost two weeks since I opened my ticket and haven't gotten a single response. It is quite frustrating.

Everyone seems to be using all sinker ball pitchers. The meta kinda sucks. Havent seen a fb thrown in like 7 games

Yup the new Burnes is Kluber from last year. Everyone’s just spamming his sinker high. Annoying af

You’re thinking in real baseball. Gotta shut that off in The Show game. The way the game is currently coded, sinkers up and in are practically unhittable.

Yeah sorry no OP. They deserve no thanks for their terrible communication. I'll maybe start to forgive them once they actually address my ticket and give me my missing stubs back.

I love the game. All I want is a response to my ticket. They don't even need to fix the problem right away, but AT LEAST acknowledge back to me to confirm the bug and that they will eventually give me my stubs back. Lack of communication is pathetic and unprofessional.

Except it’s not. I made around that much on launch week flipping equipment until SDS decided to screw me with stealing my stubs with their BS buy order glitch.

Exactly this! Not one [censored] response to my ticket for thousands of lost stubs. Absolutely pathetic!

Bloop hits are fine, but they should occur at a very low percentage rate. It happens to me practically every game and on good pitches out of the zone or in the zone (but the opponent's PCI is nowhere near the pitch or good timing). Mostly it happens with high contact guys like Alomar. Definitely needs an adjustment.

I don't want a refund. I love the game. I just want my over 150K stubs I've lost due to the buy order glitch to be returned to me and for the market to work appropriately. Most of all, I would just like SDS to improve their communication and transparency with the whole situation.

I'm in the same boat - I'm missing over 150K stubs and submitted a ticket to SDS. I haven't heard one word from them. They should be absolutely embarrassed at how awful their customer service is.
