Thanks for the advice - def would not want my account locked. I did report it as an issue right when it happened. I get that stuff happens and stuff doesn't work sometimes, this one is just a bit beyond the pale for me.

I decided to buy stubs early this year, instead of swearing I won't and then breaking down in July and buying some long after it would have really helped.
So I went in through the game and bought 150,000 stubs. The purchase went through; my credit card was charged, then a server error happened almost immediately. When I got back I the game, no stubs anywhere, nothing to redeem, and real-life $100 still gone. SDS has been crazy non-responsive and passive about it, which I know has been their response to a lot of other people with issues too. Tried and failed to get a refund through PlayStation cust service too. It seems insane to me that they're fine with just straight up stealing money. Anyone else dealing with this kind of thing?
