So like you, I am having the same problem. I ordered the game from the website and noticed in my PS4 library it is not showing up but when I got to my library on my phone app the game is there but like you mention it was PS5. I tried restoring licenses and activating the console as my primary per my discussion with Sony Support. If you brought digital deluxe no need to rebuy the game. Once it is available to download you will get an option to do so per my discussion with them. They confirmed that version will work on PS4 and PS5. I hope my experience helps you.
