Hey everyone,
For over a week now I have been unable to enter Diamond Dynasty whatsoever. I seem to connect to the servers just fine upon starting the game, and I am able to play for example HR-Derby online just fine. I am also able to access the vault, and I can see all of the latest Diamond Dynasty content in the main menu. I am not experiencing any issues when I play other games online either.
However, whenever I try to enter Diamond Dynasty, I am met by an error message saying "THE SHOW ONLINE - An unhandled server exception occurred.", which is then quickly replaced by a similar error message saying "NETWORK ERROR - An unhandled server exception occurred.". After I click "OK" to this message, I am back in the main menu, where I have now lost connection to the servers. If I enter the Vault, or if I go to my game history, the game seems to connect back to the servers just fine. Should I try to enter Diamond Dynasty again, I will be met with the same error message, and the result will be the same every single time. I have also found that while I am able to see my game history on the website, I cannot access my squad from the website, as trying to do so will also tell me that there was an error when connecting to The Show servers.
As my ticket about this to SDS hasn't been able to be resolved in any kind of helpful way, I am turning to you guys to see if anyone has any clue what could be going on here. Just like pretty much everyone else I had also experienced the occasional getting disconnected or not being able to connect before, especially around the game's launch. This situation seems to be something different. I have tried playing from different internet connections, I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, and neither of these attempts appear to have made any difference whatsoever. I try to remain patient, and I can fully understand that it can sometimes take some time to resolve issues. At the same time, it is of course quite frustrating to not be able to play Diamond Dynasty at all, as it is the game mode I play the most by far. It also means that I have not been able to advance whatsoever in Ranked Seasons, which I would have liked to even though I'm not particularly good at the game.
I am not expecting much, but is there by any chance anyone who would have any idea what could be going on here? Your guess is as good as mine because at this point I have absolutely no idea what to do.

I also wanted to add that I am on the Xbox One, which I suppose could be good to know.
