Same on Xbox Series x, problem mightbe caused if you chose a MLB team uniform and try to create a custom after that. That's what I did to have the checkbox locked on MLB uniforms

Same for me, created my custom uniforms but cant uncheck the mlb uniforms checkbox. Waiting for the fix
