Yes, this time-frame is pretty dumb. Saturday morning and I've got stuff to do today.

Came here to post how awesome he is. I've never used him before (19 or 20) and I'm hitting .770 thus far online (I'm a mediocre hitter).

I agree. I've been an MLB The Show player since 15 but I'm a casual player. I like this game because I can still put together a decent team without having to play many hours grinding every day and without needing to spend a lot of money. At this point I'm glad that I canceled my preorder and waited for it to hit Game Pass on Xbox. If this is the future direction of this game, this will be my last year also.

I have realized that perhaps all "XP" awarded (even in failed missions and during online innings) might go to the XP rewards (as apposed to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond progression in years past).

Can anyone confirm?

Quick suggestion for your thoughts SDS: why not release the top control/movement guys earlier on (when most teams are LS gold/low diamond) so they are actually usable?

Think 99 Maddux, Hunter, and those kinds of pitchers would be fun to use early/mid-stream release (think May/June) because when they come out after we all have 99 lineups, they just aren't that useful IMHO.

Good PCI placement and good swings mean nothing in this game. I find myself losing games to people who swing early(yellow) to pitches down and away and still hit the ball out of the park but I get perfect/perfect and fly out to the warning track or ground out to the SS. This is beyond frustrating

Where is the new filter? Just checked and I can't find it.

Anyone else notice that the stats rankings are all wrong? It's probably a bug but where it ranks each team (1 through 6 for example) is not reflective of the in league stats.

Thanks for the heads up. I just ended up trading in common catchers to get him haha.

I've been burnt by this feature 4 times now. Done with it until they fix it and make the missions repeatable. Also, GARBAGE how much this ties into the 1st inning. Really, really hope they don't keep this up.

There are an inordinate amount of HRs right now. I am not a great hitter and have hit about 18 in 4 custom league games.

It's not worth it IMHO right now. I took territory only to find my entire base was conquered. Not feeling it until they tweak.

I can't move when player locked in March to October with the Pirates.

Nothing for me for Pudge.
