Figured it out. I thought you can transfer in game saves, but it's only applicable when you finish a game and upload it to the cloud in the franchise menu.

I'm trying to transfer a ps4 franchise save file to the ps5. I have cross play enabled and linked. I dont have a problem uploading to cloud from the PS5 to the cloud on the PS4. It's the other way around that I can't figure out. On the PS5, I have the PS5 version installed. On PS4, it's obviously the PS4 version. Is it possible to transfer a franchise save on my ps4 to play on the ps5 version? I can do the other way around though.
