Haha, yeah 99% I just quit, but with my friend being close to WS, I’m sticking it out for him.

What’s the longest freeze off you’ve seen? We were up 6-4 in the 9th last night (3v3) and the opp starts spam pausing. The next pitch freezes halfway to the plate and here we are. We all have jobs and one of us is close to WS so we left it.

Yeah I didn’t get anything out of 87% and 96% on GOAT. Saved the video but I doubt anything will come from it.

Came here to check on this. Beat both strongholds on GOAT at 87% and 96% and didn’t get either card.

Second game of weekend league and we have a first inning freeze off. I’m glad these have gotten more and more uncommon but this was poorly timed.

Also have an empty friends list, but my buddy doesn't? Would be nice to be able to invite for coop.

I just had this happen in BR. Went up 5-0 and they tried the disconnect controller cheese. Don't remember this even being a thing in past years?

I jumped back in and played another that went fine until my opp quit, but I'm still just back where I started. If it wasn't for the ranked program rewards, this would be a bigger issue for people trying to get those cards.

I think I had maybe 2-3 games freeze out/disconnect last year and now it's happened in 3 RS games already in just over a month.

Really obnoxious that I'm 11-4 and 3 losses are just freeze outs, the most recent happening with one out in the top of the 1st inning.

Lol, yep. Definitely not mad. Now let me write a book about how not mad I am.

I don't even use all of my "best" players, because I have Buck O'Neil captaining (and can't hit with a few 97s for some reason). I'm sure some people just throw their best 9 out there, but plenty of others build a team they like. That's the fun of it for me.

There are plenty of other modes if you don't like where DD is this year.

Usable all year means people want to use them all year. That didn't used to be the case. WBC Trout has to be your wildcard if you want to use him all year, which is now a strategic choice. If you parallel LS Trout and he has a good season, he could end up close to WBC Trout's rating, making him more valuable.

That's a good point. I've only had one game freeze this year (my first RS attempt) and can only remember 1 or 2 last year all season.

Honestly, I would be ok with a 30 minute break or something, even if it wasn't my fault. Would like some kind of deterrent.

I've never quit a game and don't plan on doing it soon. I'll take my Ls when they come.

I've thought the move to Sets in an interesting change of pace. Game also feels great online. Making LS cards useable all year is also a nice perk, which really only started to feel true last year.

Anyway, don't get the complaints about the game, which has had seemingly fewer bugs than in the past.

Pipe dream I guess.
