I have had the same issue since Friday when I launched the game. I created a ticket immediately. I have not received a response. I tried the "buying stubs" trick and it didn't work. I reinstalled the game and it didn't work. I sent a follow up email this morning so hoping this gets resolved as I spent $100 at this point I should've just waited and bought the regular edition...
