They won't answer you about a refund.

Only thing you can do is contact PS support and they'll tell you if you're eligible for s refund.

Your son will have to call Xbox Support.

Ps support only hand out one refund a lifetime... hope you get it ...

I also made it through the entire run with zero issues until the final boss.

Who is crying? He just mentioned something in the game that needs to be fixed. Hopefully SDS will read it and fix it AFTER the other, more pressing, issues are fixed.

it is fair now. they had limited supplies before and people were mad. so they give you a hour to get a pack. if you miss it you miss it. it’s not that serious . i got [censored] last night so lost money on that .
