Beat the first inning showdown.....says lost due to a server error.

After wanting to break my tv last night, I beat the first inning showdown after trying again.
And then...unhandled server error counts as a loss.
Submitted support ticket...I am so done if they don’t fix it.

Has anyone ever had any luck with them adjusting due to a server error?

I also made it through the entire run with zero issues until the final boss.

Lol all i said was that servers suck and your taking the chance of [censored] getting messed up ... SDS got lot of stuff they need to clean up ..its a video game and those showdowns are easy to win again and again.... write a ticket to SDS and man up ....

Hmmm. Let's see. This Showdown ends May 7th. Which is NEXT Fri. Support gives you a canned response that they'll get to you in 5 business days.
If you're lucky, they will get back to you BEFORE the Showdown expires.
I've had a support ticket in for something and it's been 10 days and NOBODY had replied.
So, yes people will get upset that they lose progress on a timed program due to SDS's shitty servers.
How about instead of telling players to 'man up' we stick together and show SDS that a a community we won't stand for crappy service.
Instead of extending Double XP (that doesn't even register correctly) and putting out new content; they should shut the game down UNTIL they fix it
