SDS...I now have 2 service tickets in your universe that have yet to be responded to...both are pretty important to me and I think they will make an impact within the entire Show community. Please SDS...can you please please answer my calls for help via your request for help option on the Show website. Jesus! So I either change the button interface or change the remote? Even though this remote and the entire system are not even a year old yet. It will be a year in December. Christmas time. Thank you for your input everyone.

Just submitted a ticket twice on this issue. Lets go SDS! Make this right please. No chance I am the only one dealing with this...I'm not a monster or some phenomenon thats mastered check swings.

Still having the hit button issues with a normal swing. It doesn't make sense. SDS please help! Do something about this! Its a new remote so its uncalled for...the button has no issue anywhere else.

Recently, I've run into a new issue online and offline. It has to do with the normal swing button. There are several times when a pitch is coming my way and I definitively press the normal swing button...no arguments, it was fully pushed...no check swing attempt at all. When I press the normal swing button, the animation doesn't go through and its a check swing. I thought maybe my button was or is jammed but its not. I take very good care of my remotes. Have any of you run into this issue? Lastly, are check swings being called strikes more and more these days? Or is it just me not practicing enough? I literally see bats barely go anywhere on the check, ball is a ball but the Ump says i went around...strike. Talk to me my people. Whats going on?

Training is a massive help with developing the minors and as you said...playing time. You'll see the biggest jumps I believe during offseason, spring training, and obviously, if they get called up and you start using them.

I will agree...the wheel in XP has been delayed several times over. Especially in the last couple of weeks.

I have a formal email confirmation from March that I was signed up for the newsletter. I also have a few other emails from different months saying the same thing, which is odd. Thought I only needed to subscribe once. I only have an email from April notifying me of a free pack.

Are free packs and golden tickets rewarded consistently? Once you've signed up? I signed up quite some time ago and I don't recall seeing all of these free packs and golden tickets. Do I have to sign-up every month brand new? I don't think that makes sense. Every time I have tried to sign-up, it says I'm already signed up. What gives? Am I doing something wrong?
