The foul ball going deep into the stands and being “robbed” by an outfielder isn’t only an RTTS bug. I had it happen last night in a DD conquest game at Oracle Park too.

For anyone who may be curious, I did some research and figured out I needed to enable “console sharing and offline play” on my son’s PS5 profile in order to be able to play the game since it was purchased through his profile.
I guess the setting is disabled when child accounts are originally set up and my profile remained enabled after I switched his account so I guess this won’t cause any issues while he’s still living here with us and sharing the same PS5. Once he moves out of our house, I guess he would enable the setting on his own PS5, thus disabling it on this one.
Maybe this will help someone else out there.

My son and I preordered the digital deluxe version on the PS5 through his profile in our family account. I tried to play the game tonight when it unlocked and the game still showed as locked on my profile (the family manager profile). It appears his profile has early access but mine does not? If I had a physical copy, we would all get early access. This has to be a mistake, right?
Pretty sure if your account is the main account; YOU had to buy the game. Since he bought it, and is a secondary account, you can't play on it. Also, if you didn't already know, the account that purchased the game is the ONLY account that would get the preorder bonuses.
We’ve purchased games on his profile before that we can all play, including The Show 22. He received the preorder bonus packs, stubs, and double login drops but we were all able to have early access.
When we downloaded the game, it appeared in all of our libraries, but it’s got a lock on all profiles except his. I don’t understand what’s changed from last year. I realize early access is a preorder bonus but, again, if we preordered a physical copy then we would all have early access.
This is Digital Deluxe correct? If so, that means that since he got the preorder stuff; you downloaded to his account.
Pretty sure, if you bought the disc version, even if you were on his ID, and installed the game, it would still be under your account.
Maybe one of the devs can chime in.
That’s correct, it is the Digital Deluxe edition preordered from the PS Store through his profile (using funds that I deposited into the family wallet).
I did it through his account so he would get the Digital Deluxe bonuses but I assumed the early access would apply to all profiles since we’ve purchased the game as a family. I’m not looking for preorder bonuses for each profile, just the early access.
I would be very grateful if a dev could confirm that it’s working correctly or if this is an error that could be fixed.
Thank you for your replies though Freeze, I do appreciate it!

We play the game on two different accounts on our PlayStation at home. I am the main account and my son has his own account and the game has stopped giving XP for gameplay. If we complete a moment, it will give us the reward XP for completing the moment but not the XP earned during gameplay.
For example, we just played the Hentgen vs Moreno moment and got the 1000 XP for completing the moment but after striking out Moreno, it said I earned 100 XP for the strikeout but my XP towards the program only went up 1000. After my son completed the moment (struck out Moreno) his reward page said he had earned zero XP for gameplay.
Has anyone else had these issues?
Thanks in advance.
