I need to talk to someone from SDS and that seems to be impossible

So I’m winning challenge of the week with a score that’s just under 9 million and after the server maintenance Saturday morning my score is completely gone. I emailed the show sent them pictures of my score and all I heard back was we’re sorry this happened to you and that we will look into it. Didn’t hear anything from them the rest of the day my score still isn’t there and the challenge ends Monday so will someone please fix

Does first place always receive an autograph reward and can you only win an autograph reward once?
