How do trading and roster changes work in RTTS? My franchise had traded away players or dropped them to triple a when they are still performing well in our organization. It’s really annoying. Are there any settings or changes I can make to this?

Can my teammates in RTTS hit home runs while I’m on base? This is super annoying in game winning situations when I’m the tying run and my teammate can walk it off with a homer. Is this just a computer thing where it’s based on how often the player can hit homers?
