I’ve opened over 300 packs so far this year and have not gotten one diamond i usually have bad diamond luck but this is out of control. Anyone know if there’s a way to see how many packs I’ve opened exactly

After i lost 3 in a row i kept playing had nothing to do with the numbers before that

I have gone on streaks now in a row of losing 9 of 10 winning 8 of 9 losing 9 of 10 winning 8 in a row and than losing 3 in a row....not only that but the way I’m losing or winning during the streaks is incredible up 3 in ninth i lose or down 3 in ninth i win how does that make sense needs to be fixed....also i notice ppl know if there home or away before game starts how do they know?

Any reason online records were reset but our rating is still there i was 22-0 anyone know who to contact to fix it?
