Like any card, it depends on the user. One person’s rotation could be terrible for someone else. For the most part, Randy Johnson is usually at the top of the list. Either 99 would work. Some users want every pitcher to have outlier, I care more about pitch repertoire and per 9s.
For your bullpen, the two best lefties are Billy Wagner and Aroldis Chapman; I am sure most of the community would agree, but probably not everyone.
There are so many good pitchers, you have to play and find out what works for you.
I tend to agree with you. I took a bit of a hiatus from the game and have about 1.5 million stubs to spend on improving my rotation and pen. The thing is every pitcher plays differently from year to year. For instance I haven't heard great things about the 99 Burnes this year. Some of the players remain staples. Kluber and Ryan seem to be somewhere in the mix every year. Just wanted to see what people are working with and who they've had luck with online.
