Same thing happened to me with the Randy pack but with WBC Ohtani. Set 1 card in set 4 with POM Ohtani already out. I asked SDS about it and they ghosted me

Its a dumb lawsuit but not bc of the TOS. They usually aren't binding bc no assent. Problem is they usually don't go that far. Looks like he 2k suit is an angry mom who's son racked up a hefty bill on her cc
