Ok, revisa los puertos de tu router, en mi caso, me paso que le confiigure unos puertos a mi consola, pero al tiempo me estaba sacando del juego, y resulto que los mismos puertos se me compartian con un telefono celular, entonces cada que usaba el celular, me sacaba del juego, hasta que lo detecte

Es problema de los servidores de SDS, muy inestables para todos, no eres el unico al que le pasa eso, no creo que modificando puertos te arregle eso
