People tend to panic sell and I usually take advantage of that and turn them into free stubs. In some cases math is hard for some people and they lose stubs on the flip.

Yes, you still get the XP from programs, mini-seasons and such even if your at the cap.

Flipping cards is the way to go. Plenty of people go NMS (No Money Spent) all year and still be able to complete collections and such. It may take some time but it is definitely possible.

I would suggest contacting your internet provider. It can be an equipment issue like your modem.

Maybe contact your internet provider and have them check to see if your modem is update to date.
