I just got a 2 week ban and I have no idea why

I was in the middle of playing March to October and out of nowhere I get hit with a 14 day bam for sexual explicit language! I DONT play online much but when I do you can't even talk to anyone? I'm confused and very upset because I play the show 21 literally EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Please help me and resolve this problem ASAP!!![link text](```
