@rschrec25_PSN Its only a money grab if you feel you need to pay. I don't. You can play the way you want, most of the game is about swings. you can have a team of 85, and if you know what you're doing, you can be competitive. if you're not good at the game or use say directional hitting you'll get eaten alive.

They have this, its called Events, and you don't have to pay for anything.

So what you want is you want to jump on and have it either handed to you, or you don't want to play against others who have earned or paid for their team.

Welcome to online sports games in 2024. I have most of the cards in the game. I had all the cards last year and all the year before. i bought the Special Edition which ever one with the hat. That's all I've spent money on. I know, you're going to say well i shouldn't have to play all the time to be competitive, well yes you should.

Skubal is very good if you hit your spots, but his card last year i think with Slider primary was a little better.

@Cubsfan217_XBL this. it would also help with the online game play. Getting rid of PS4/XBox 1/Switch games would be great for online play. I get they won't because some do not have a next gen console, well to me current gen console. That would be to me the #1 priority.

@Capt-Clutch-2K24_PSN i'm at work, they frown on it.

only one thing i agree with here #5. The others

1. nope, they'll never do this and shouldnt, pay for stubs or cards from outside of the SDS Control, should not, or will not happen
2. they have plenty of programs. they are never going to let you grind out programs that are easy over and over.
3. the only thing they should do is take away the old gen consoles. Should be Xbox Series S/X and PS5 only.
4. P5 is easy enough for everyone. They dont need to make it easier.
5. the only thing i agree with, but making it current gen only, will solve a lot of problems.

Dont feel bad, i always struggle with Mickey out the gate, like .200....then about 20 games later i realize i'm hitting .400 with him
