I know it's well past when you posted haha, but you're the only other person I've seen with the exact same issue (mine's been stuck for over two months now) -- have tried several workarounds to no avail.
I've reached out to support multiple times and they never reply.
Chiming in here with the hopes that someone notices!

Handful of other players in my farm system want more than 4MM.
Been playing The Show for over a decade -- '22 is by far the worst experience I've had lol

Anyone else's franchise mode have wacky salaries for prospects?
Ex: Following the 2022 season w/ the A's -- catching prospect Shea Langeliers is asking for $12.4 million. Several more of my "upper-tier" minor-leaguers are also asking for astronomical salaries.
I've already had to start another franchise b/c of a different bug with my last one, and now this, what gives Show?

My franchise has been frozen nearly two months now. I can navigate the menus, look at the roster, even make transactions, but it's simply stuck on May 17 (worth noting -- in 2032). It doesn't respond when clicking to either sim or play the game. I have tried what I've seen mentioned in other forums, a la disconnecting my network, but that hasn't worked.
Anyone know a solution? Thanks!

Has anyone noticed vast disparities when playing franchise mode? Ex: When I time a pitch well and hit a screamer, it's more often than not caught, but the computer always seems to find a hole. The comp. has more bloop/slow rollers that end up being hits than I do with well hit balls. I've checked my sliders -- they're even. I've never had this issue in other "Shows."
