The thing a lot of people on here mention is their skill should be rewarded with great results nearly everytime. The game of baseball is, was and never will be that way. The Pirates manager of the ‘79 World Series champs had a saying: a baseball team will naturally win 54 games and they will naturally lose 54 games. It is what you do with the other 54 that determines success. What does that mean exactly? I believe it means there are occurrences in the field of play that you cannot control despite your best efforts and “skill”. Case in point: the two teams with the best winning percentage in MLB single season history, the ‘01 Mariners and the 1906 Cubs were extremely talented and good baseball teams. They both still lost 46 and 36 games respectively. Maybe the greatest lineup of all-time the Murderers row Yankees lost 44 games. Baseball has weird stuff that happens, this game does as well. Your skill doesn’t mean you win every game. That’s realistic.

@RAisEdByGoAt_XBL I have had multiple goat wins and didn’t get a darned thing. Even with 100% odds. This game mode is cracked.

I wish SDS was as respondent to our complaints when they shaft us in DQ as they are to slow knuckleball complaints.

Does any of that surprise you? Why should they tell us they are removing a legit pitch from the game because lil man and your friend Kyle say it’s a glitch and toxic. It’s baseball and can be countered with a brain.

They took it away because some streamers didn’t like it. Too bad.

@Afromeister_XBL you are making quite a few assumptions about me. Back on the PS4 I was a World Series level player year in and year out. I’m playing with one eye at the moment. Hitting is a challenge for me online. I can be a great player when 100%, but until they remove the oil bubble from my eye in August I’m in a holding pattern. I don’t see the level of trash that is being hurled towards the game. But like your own opinion, that is my perspective. Just don’t assume I’m some casual [censored].

The card art cracks me up, on one hand you have my favorite Topps year in ‘71 and on the other you have my most disliked in ‘91. Apropos of nothing.
