@GoozeFn_PSN i did that, ive done everything. restore license. reset wifi, delete and redownload game

and i can play others games that require ps plus and online to play perfectly fine

so i have been playing the show 24 for a couple weeks. well i went and bought madden 25(don't think this matters) and when i got done playing madden 25, i loaded up the show bc my friend was on. and i cant go into any feature that needs online. only offline stuff. when i click DD it takes me to a loading screen and then shows i have 0 stubs and the top left and takes me back to main menu saying im disconnected. my internet is fine. I've restored license, reset internet, hard reset my ps5, unliked and relinked my ps5 account on the show 24 website. made sure i still have PS plus. everything I've tried and nothing is fixing it. its been like this for 3 days and I've done some research and other had this same problem around June this year but no answers to fix it. i went on my girlfriends account on the same ps5 and was able to play online features for the show 24. if anyone can help me it would be amazing. the show 24 is ab the only game I've been playing and cant find anything to fix it. thank you
