I'm not sure I've ever seen a Daryl Strawberry, Doc Gooden, or David Cone card. I'd love them to bring Ichiro back.

Yeah TA is missed. The older versions were better than last year and love them to bring it back.

Outside of the Degrom showdown they've been pretty easy this year. I'm just an average player and I'm pretty sure I've done all if not most on the 1st try. Yes the HR Derby one is a lot of runs and Ramone is all over the place but the dudes tossing 79 mph fastballs. Wait for one in the zone and blast it.

Showdown took one try but Ramone highlights how f'd up the pitching is. In years past Ramone tossed pretty much everything over the plate but like all pitching in the game this year, he's missing the plate by 3 feet and dotting the lines over and over each at bat. It's still easy but there is a lot of waiting for a good ball to crush.

The CPU pitching needs a tune up. There are way too many pitches 3 feet off the plate and dotting the lines all in the same at bat.

3 inning conquest and mini season on rookie has been that way for years, best to play on veteran. 9 inning mini season and 9 inning vs CPU on rookie is easy to put up 20 runs a game. However recently the 9 inning mini seasons seem harder ro run up the score lately so I'm not sure if they did something there.

I got it. I just assume that all content drops include new f'd up bugs and issues.

That always works but I was raking HR with Caroll and Buxton. This was one of the easier Showdowns

At DH or another position? I'm curious if it has to be DH because he wasn't available to me when I clicked to put him in my lineup but I don't think I tried DH

It automatically sent him into the 5 man rotation. When I pulled up my options to replace a player he wasn't there.

If you pick Ohtani in the initial draft they put him on your pitching staff and I couldn't put him in my lineup for the Showdown.

Never buy the packs. 25,000 for 3 players with what seems like a 80% chance of a getting a double you'll most likely get 3 players that you can buy for 15,000 instead. 10,000 for 1 player that will most likely be a player you can buy for 5000. Do the showdown it's pretty easy and you'll net 4 players right away from the programs.

Menu lag is back with a vengeance.....navigating anything is a chore and opening packs takes forever

My choices were LS Cal and Mural Bob Gibson. Took Gibson and made a quick 8000 Stubs

I've played a ton the last two days. About 8 Online event games, finished the Dog conquest map, and about 6 Mini-Season games. The ball is just dying or hanging up a long time in the outfield. Gap shots are being caught for easy outs and a lot of warning track outs. I thought I was just playing bad online but in mini-seasons I play 9 inning games on rookie to rake stats and its happening there too. Just wondering if they nerfed something or I'm just off the past two days.

Me too. Pulled Judge in the 50 pack from the online program and selling him gave me enough to buy Ohtani and complete the live series today.

This, like many others, is a returning bug that goes unfixed. The so called wheel spin is a farce as it doesn't matter how long you let it go or when you hit the button the reward is predetermined. For two years now I've been getting my reward without spinning but then the next time I sign in to Diamond Quest I get the wheel spin and it shows the reward I already received.

I can't stand playing online but I honestly haven't run into this. I managed to finish the moonshot event and also get Acuna.

Connection is important but my two biggest gripes with online play is 1) RNG ....when it decides you'll make 2 throwing errors in a row to let the winning run score or how all of a sudden your perfect metered pitches go 2 feet off the plate or down the middle, anywhere but where you aimed them. 2) patience is not rewarded. Waiting on a good pitch pans out way less than swinging at [censored]. Nothing like losing on a late inning HR somebody hits off a pitching breaking in at shoelaces. Magically pulling it over the wall in a near impossible fashion.

I get it RNG absolutely has to be in a sports game and I have benefited from it as much as lost but I just hate how often it dictates outcomes so I prefer to play offline.

The pitching offline is a mess this year. It doesn't matter if it's a red diamond ace or common scrub they all throw 3 2feet out of the zone and 2 on the line and you're left guessing...in the zone, way out, or another on the lime.
