What would his pitch mix be?

Just looked and could be OK if he gets a cutter or a sinker

Can't believe I pulled the top tier, finally!
I was scrolling through the rewards saw a 99 Nimmo, said: 'I want that 99 Nimmo!' Bought one, saw all 99's and said: 'Yeah! Finally top tier!
EDIT: Took Loup in my 2nd pack. Won't try anymore. Sorry to lose Noah, though.

Was there ever an actual update? Turned on my PS4 just now around 8am EST and no download or anything?

Edit: nevermind, still getting my coffee in me. I see it was server side and not an actual update

Him having neither is a better bet. Most likely repertoire 4 Seam, Slider, Knuckle , 2 Seam, Change

Side note: I bought Edwin Diaz yesterday and he made me sell Goose. Card is legit and 240k for Goose was hard to say no

oops. Goose will be unattainable in 2 more days, except from the market. He will be one of those 500K-800K cards in a month.

Here's a guy who's never heard of the rewind packs. Goose will be easier to attain next BR. He'll be in the same pack with Story, etc.

Hey bud, Goose is a RS reward, new season drops in two days (hence my comment), and Walker and Goose will be replaced by the new bosses. Verlander and Lindor will be available still.

Yes that was 17 and I think that was my biggest accomplishment in this game was unlocking that Griffey. I think the hardest stat was getting 3 homeruns in one online game. After you got two your opponent would always walk you or bean you. I actually got it done I was so happy.

Please don’t take my advice either. I’m one of those guys that pulled Pete Alonzo in the HRD packs. And I sold him for 80k. I also pulled a trout during a market recession for 200k. I’ve been wrong a lot

Yah I would've thought we would get the 99 earlier this year since it was basically an end of the year release last year if I remember correctly.

Any card can homer in BR. I've given up and homered myself with plenty of worse cards than that one. He actually has a decent swing which is probably the most important trait of any cards hitting potential.

People are paying MUCH more than that for guys like Otani and Betts.

sucks for them if they are... i paid less than 300k for Ohtani when he came out. all the cards went up after they were out of packs and I didn't need alonso, vladdy, or peralta to complete it.

betts i just waited for potm to drop and had to buy like 4 signature cards for a total of about another 200k.. everything else was obtained by playing the last few months or buying the cards when they were dirt cheap around the all-start game / TA3 release

Sure, but you are not thinking about the profits you did not make on all those cards you got dirt cheap to acquire Mookie. If you sold those cards you would have maid millions I am sure. So he did cost you a ton. If you can go 12-0 and make WS then the cost is much less. Also, if you flip cards all day you may not care about the cost, but the cost is still there.

You're just playing it wrong. I sell off dupes but don't flip, haven't played online this year, and certainly don't spend money, but I still have almost every card. This game gives you a lot in itself, so buy non-dupes when they're low and keep your categories up around 85%.

I love both of those cards as well!!! I was pitching with Greinke in a RS game the other night and was throwing a perfect game until the 7th or 8th inning when I accidentally pressed R2 while my left fielder was tracking down a routine fly ball... That kind of messed up his confidence or whatever and I didn't end up finishing the game but his stuff is nasty!

Machado = Red Lights. Got him in a pack and apparently 97+ isn’t teal but red lights. Kind of cool.

Is it just me or does it seem like there are more sales than usual this summer, or is this the normal pace of sales?

Maybe because all the new Xbox players haven't figured out how to make good stubs yet and keep spending money.

Stop slamming xbox players, we are not idiots like you assume. Just like not all ps players are goats... I didn't spend one penny on this game except to purchase it in the beginning and I've completed everything except the all star collection and that's just because I dont feel like flipping for them at this point. Oh, and I only play offline.
I appreciate that they are doing the sales for those who can't sit and play the game basically every day for hours and to get things done they buy stubs.
