I was able to fix my issue with The Show 21 on XBox Series X by deleting the system reserved file, uninstalling the game and then reinstalling the game. I lost my settings and slider configurations in the process, however.

On a whim, I tried changing DNS servers in my internet setup from cloudflare (1.1.1.1) to google (8.8.8.8) and it had no effect. I really don't know what else I can try from my end.

I an nto having any access issues with any websites, the internet, the Xbox network, or any other online games. The Show 21 is the only one.

@Victor_SDS Victor, it has now been 5 days since gamertag/player ID's were requested, and information was given and neither you or @CBrev47 have replied or given an update.

It is now over three weeks since some of us on both Xbox Series s/x and PS5 platforms have been unable to access The Show 21 servers, with no information from SDS despite numerous forum posts, reddit posts, facebook posts, emails, direct fourm chats and support tickets.

Please provide an update or information of some sort. I am seriously considering filing class action status...not because I want to...but because it seems to be the only way to possibly get a response or information or interest in getting this issue looked into or resolved. I'm sorry...but "the servers are up and we see people playing" does not constitute troubleshooting when using a closed platform like a console.

I will even make myself available to assist with troubleshooting real time if desired.

@Victor_SDS Victor, is there any update on the server issues we are still having regarding the show 21?

I am showing the same version as well. Zags...is your console in the preview program?

It looks like they shut the servers off on a 5 year roilling period from latest history? I would have thought the market would have died out once 23 came out (or at least 222...) but suprisingly enough, it (and the number of online players) are still pretty active!

@Victor_SDS The two previous replies duplicate what I am experiencing as well. I am on xbox series X and this started the same day as the switch server issue (October 11)

I have tried reinstalling the digital version as well as installing from my friends physical disc version.

The message appears as soon as you press any button to continue from the splash screen.

NETWORK ERROR - Your connection to the show online has been lost.

Day 14 and still nothing from SDS on this.

Yeah...I've never dealt with a company that just doesn't respond, however reading alot of the forum submissions, there definitely is a pattern that was well established before the game even came to other platforms.

Servers are still down for The Show 21 (xbox series x player here.) Will there be a fix published for 21 as well?

I know the emphasis has been on switch, but the servers for The Show 21 have been offline for a week for XBOX players as well. I have submitted multiple bug reports and have only seen a few mentions of the issue ocurring on XBOX and PS4/5 consoles as well for this version.

Hope there will there be a fix for this version as well?
