Just played against sixto and he had unlimited energy and confidence, never went below 100 and when he threw his pitches they warped out like a lefty was throwing. Wtf is this?

I can't conquer a specific territory. Everytime I attack it I get an error. Restarted multiple times. Can still attack other territories, just not this one. Anyone else? How do I fix it?
