Whatever number it lands on, that is the number team you choose. So when you load into franchise ands say you get number 5, then scroll 5 teams down then choose that one.

I accidentally forgot to turn off GM contracts at the beginning of my franchise so now I am locked out of my original team. Is there a away to save the roster with all the trades, development, and progression I have so far on my franchise, then use that roster on a new franchise save file to continue my progress?
