OK well halfway through re-installing, didn't know what else to do even though I knew that wouldn't fix it haha. Appreciate the help!

For real?? In game or on the site?

Have been grinding since early access started and when I went to log in today it was like I was starting fresh. I was kinda sick. Even worse there is no sign of any of my digital deluxe content. The lost days of progress was one thing, but losing all those packs and stuff is pretty demoralizing... I can't even get through to support because their web page is deluged. Absolutely sick right now.
