They need to fire who every their social media manager is. And what the hell does Ramone do their. Being in touch with the community seems right up his alley. The lack of information is what is most concerning to me. They make a generic post every so often on their twitter and that's it! At least be involved stay in touch with the community, let us know what's going on. B/c to the majority of the public it just looks like you have no clue, which is why you aren't saying anything, and that is alarming. Especially in a game that is considered grindy with a time limit. Baseball doesn't pause b/c your game isn't finished. Just imagine how much calmer these forums, twitter, etc. would be if we heard more information. Just be honest, let us know how serious it is, what your doing to correct it, and what is even on your radar to be fixed at all.
I get that in this day and age a ton of games are released way to early. And devs rely way to much on patching after deadlines are met. But the difference in SDS and even tiny indie game developers on steam is that SDS has NO customer support. A standard webform submission with an autoreply stating it could take 5 days for a response. This is not customer support by a long shot. They are dead silent on their own website, practically non existing in their forums. At this point i'm thinking they don't even have a social media manager because their twitter posts are way after the fact, generic, and don't tell us anything we don't already know. Their website is a joke, I could put together in a weekend. No blog with a roadmap, no nothing. I'm sorry but when a company is making up to $1000's of dollars of some users (Not me) they should have some sort of customer support to assure whoever is spending money that someone is there to help them if needed.
Just my 2 cents, I strongly urge everyone that has SERIOUS problems to start contacting Sony, Xbox, and even MLB customer support. Let them know there is no communication with the devs and your starting to get nervous. Maybe they will put pressure on SDS to at least offer customer support, or even help them. Thanks MLB for forcing their hand into this extra work load and server load on a years notice.
