Yeah, he is a lot better than a lot of people think I imagine. I remember being caught off guard by how high his defensive ratings are but some of the metrics seem to support it.

According to baseball reference, he finished 3rd in AL in dWar (1.1) and has 0.9 dWar this year. Currently has 12 defensive runs saved. I'm not well versed in some of these advanced metrics but he ranks toward the top in a few.

Maybe, but the 2020 cards go in the PS collection, so the hits should count u would think

Hitting on HOF is better than all stat especially with higher rated cards. Pci is just too large on all star you get tons of fly outs that leave on hof.

I agree but at this point I think we could all hit kluber unless were on legend. Seen the guy so many times it’s kinda impossible to not know what to expect from him now

Had the same issue earlier today

I spent alot of time in the auction house.i do this only when I know a card is selling way lower than normal like thousands less.i know after looking at one particular item it always drops real low for a couple days then shoots right back up an gets me 4k+ in profit.i had 57 of one thing when the last market crash happened an it just got back up close to what it usually sells for and made alot of stubs I'm at 1.4 million in stubs an most of it is just from this one item..so.if someone puts 12300 in buy order knowing what I know and always see I have no problem putting 13000 above that one an usually when there's a big difference like that someone usually jumps and sells me the card quickly 😁

The reviews of "gets rocked at higher levels" well yeah. Great players can constantly center the PCI so most pitchers will get tagged. Looks like a fun card, would love to PH with him

I’m 2/3 with him right now and he actually has a great swing. Hit a perfect/perfect with him that went 440 ft ... super satisfying lol

That’s awesome man! Sure you can induce some rage quits doing that with the pitcher 🙂

You have never had a pitch go somewhere other than you intended? I don't think it would be an exaggeration to say that everyone has had this happen once or twice with good/perfect input (in the entirety of their play, let alone once a session/evening).

He has...and is lying. It happens to everyone, not because you suck...or as this guy wants to pretend (he's the greatest). It's because that's what the AI determines. Dudes, all of you know, it's not about your talent..it's about what the AI decides. This ain't a competitive simulation. It's a game. Albeit a nicely animated one, but not a nicely simulated one most of the time.

What does your pitching stats have to do with anything? It's about you lying and saying the animation of your pitches is always what you intended. That's BS and you know it. Don't say silly things and ppl won't call you out on it.

I've got an era of 2.51 in over 400 games. Doesn't really mean a thing.

The point is, CY/Sandy/Max, the game dictates outcomes. Your controller and whatever freakin' magic you think you have ..don't have a lot to do with it. It's software, you're not out on a baseball diamond hitting/pitching using real-life physics. It's code that "sometimes" tries to replicate, but is generally more concerned with keeping parity in the game so ALL customers keep coming back for more. Get over yourself..you're no better than the next guy.

Perfect perfect is not RNG. You were early on the ball and the feedback showed it incorrectly. We can’t ever have perfect feedback though because it would expose the fact that people aren’t as good as they think they are

I am not that good, and I didn't claim to be either, just to be clear. I think what is happening is it shows "Perfect-Perfect" but then changes. So my lineouts and fly outs are actually not "Perfect-Perfect", and the feedback is incorrect, until it is later adjusted.

People up above said they checked my game in question and didn't see "perfect-perfect" outs, and while I was playing there were definitely 2-3 that happened.

I don't know, it's what I saw at the time of hitting the ball. I'll go back and see if any of it was recorded at this point.

Yeah, they really dupe you on the lineup and pitcher selection in the [censored] moments too. That is also extremely annoying!!

yeah, i just played 2 games and I am done with that mode. I am not great at this game but having my fielder stop charging a ball while I am holding the joy stick down, is frustrating. Losing a game over it, even more frustrating. oh well, not for me.
