It happened on my ps4 aswell and I got the ps5 still has the same issue

I couldn't play online last year due to this bug and bought the show this year hoping it was a glitch and it still keeps happening any idea what to fix or do to fix this [censored]!!

I am getting opponent found then challenge failed at all the modes and I have no reason why this is happening and this is my second year playing mlb and this bug kept happening last year any ideas or solutions how to fix this annoying glitch???
