How do you earn this card? It just Earn It, thats not really helpful

I know, he does not have much power to compare to the rest of the derby, Judge wont do it until the all star goes to Bronx, if Belli and Trent was picked in the all star, I would go to them instead.

Its my second day of playing and grinding player programs and conquest. Out of the blue, I got a live series Judge from packs. I decided to sell for 320,000 and build my team to 96 overall. Am I wrong selling a rare card for a bunch of 96-98 cards?
