I would just like transparent messaging when something is broken or not working correctly.
"Hey, we're aware that there are online game modes that are down. We are working on it."
This seems like a fair request to me, but without any interaction with sds it is impossible to know anything. I don't buy and play this game because I hate it, I would love for viable user feedback to taken into consideration and commented on, but I feel like that's not where we're headed.
For those who work hard on this game and give us the game we love, thank you. For those that are responsible for customer service and communication, do better.

This mode crashes all the time, don't expect anything sds only responds to problems that cost them money or gives us stubs we're not supposed to get.

This is getting absolutely crazy that coop is still down. Not sure why these forums even exist, seems like a pacifier for users while sds locks and deletes posts without ever responding.
Pathetic support without any other avenue.

Update the game, you are making online unplayable. This was not an issue until a month ago, this isn't acceptable.

Yeah, it's been awesome. They update every version of the game except for switch and the leave for the weekend so we have no cross play. This has happened 2 weekends in a row now. They leave zero information which is exactly what I expect from sds at this point.

Does this James Wood upgrade put the nail in the coffin that mlb the show literally does not care how players are actually performing. All they care about is protecting their stub store wich is absolutely pathetic.
This has been common practice with spotlight and live series players and will I'm sure continue throughout the season.
There are over 20 players in the NL that are position players that have diamond rating over Wood. Laughable joke of a game that tries to charge additional money at every turn.

Two days ago I on nintendo was able to co op with my xbox friend. Now we are both experiencing session failed party server denied your connection.

Co-op is actual garbage, but if some notable streamers would play it and have their footage ruined due to non stop freezing we would see a fix.

They took free content from mlb 23 and are now charging for it in 24. Screw this.

This limiting of xp gains is actively pushing players like myself away from the game.
