okay never mind it’s just me

has anyone experienced this? can’t seem to get into diamond dynasty on any account right now, keeps saying error but there’s nothing wrong with my internet

@SDS_JoeK_PSN i just don’t understand. it has been over a month with this problem and all you can say is that you’re “investigating”, the server matienence did nothing to it, we’ve grown tired of waiting for an answer you’re quite obviously incapable of giving us. i don’t want to have anymore patience, i’ve waited enough hours in the co-op queue and matched up with enough bots in the co-op queue for a lifetime of mlb the show, i just want for once to see something actually be fixed.

co-op in diamond dynasty has become a serious issue for many players across both platforms now. 5-30 minute waiting times, game force quitting, and getting bots. imagine you come home from work trying to play with a buddy waiting 20-30 minutes at a time to find one game and not even being sure if you’re going to find an actual person. this game has become a joke, spending 100 bucks to not even be able to play a game with a friend. this issue has only occurred when you reach about 700-900 in co-op, me and my partner experimented making alt accounts and it worked until we won so many games we now have to endure 20-30 minutes of wait time on both accounts to not find a game. this needs to be fixed ASAP

this has been happening for 2 seasons. i’ve sat with my partner and waited upwards to 20-30 minutes to half the time finding bots to play. co-op is unplayable and needs to be fixed

I use an ethernet and my NAT is open, it is not from my end i promise

Because all local troubleshooting is exhausted, my profile is trapped in a broken matchmaking bucket. Please flag my account ID for queue diagnostic monitoring and server-side profile refresh.

I have done every single troubleshooting piece there is in MLB the show 26, to resolve my issue and my partners issue, i’ve cleared cache, network workarounds, re-link my account, tried countless amounts of queues and the only time we get into games is 10-15 minutes of waiting it is completely ridiculous.
