I know I'm late to the party, but finally got Mantle tonight. Super excited to have him!

Just pulled the 96 Cy Young card from a standard pack from conquest. My best single pull ever. Hyped!

I have a problem with all these prospects and future cards being rated than live series. A huge portion of them won't amount to anything in the league, but they can have higher cards than Acuna, Bellinger, and Yelich. I realize that at some point those 3 will have higher rated cards, but it just seems a little asinine.

Sounds great and all until it's 40k for a pack and I get is a card worth 5k.

There isn't much more disappointing than having a Degrom popping up as an after game reward and then ending up with Gordon Beckham.

Right now if it's Johnson and/or Harper I am for sure selling. Don't care for either.

I finally got my first diamond pull from a Show Pack. 87 Bregman. That new animation is so flippin sweet. Which diamonds have you pulled from those basic packs?

There's a great chance it's Manny Ramirez. They seem to emphasize the 99 part, so maybe they're thinking of the jersey number 99 in addition to the overall. And as for the steroid issue, they have Piazza and Giambi in, so adding in Manny shouldn't be an issue

I don't think Manny could be a 99. His defense just sucked so badly and he had zero value on the bases..

If you just let Manny be Manny, he will be a 99.

He'd be great, if they added the animation that if you play him at Fenway, he goes to urinate in the monster, during an inning

That's kind of how I feel, but I hate having access to just 5 players. I think it alienates the offline players. I know I need to get good, but playing online is not fun for me.

Has anyone considered the possibility that the chase is actually representing what we will be doing once the card is released. I wouldnt be shocked if the card is unobtainable on day one. Instead we can begin our chase of this next BIG card. If Signature Series or any other set has a collection greater than cards available people may riot. Just an idea.

It won't be either of them. The steroid cloud hovers strong over these two. Plus Bonds won't give up his likeness rights.

How many of you actually enjoy this year's game? I follow several Instagram accounts and read a lot of posts here in the forums and I see more complaints than actual enjoyment. Me personally I really do like the game. Yes there are a few things I think could be fixed or changed, but overall I have been having a ton of fun this year. I've changed my hitting style for the first time in years and have been able to do things I haven't been able to do before.

I've read people think it could be released in stages. I personally think we are getting a new 99 legend. As well I think they are going to have it be a choice between 3 players. They seem to be going heavy on the choice packs this year.

Devin Williams going up only 1 is a [censored] joke. He hasn't been scored on in 26 straight appearances. 59 strikeouts in 35 2/3 innings. And a major league leading 23 holds. What else does he need to do to go back to diamond?

Would love to see Prince Fielder be released and have his 50 home run 2007 season or his 46 and 141 rbi 2009 season.

Ok normally I dont like to complain about the game and have been hating seeing all the posts about the bad defense, but I am officially upset. I just had two consecutive plays where I was camped under the ball and both weren't caught. One of those bounced right off the outfielders head. I hope the new patch comes quick and really fixes it.

For me, it was like 3 to 4 hours and I'm pretty average too.

For the Brewers I wouldn't be surprised if they released a 98 version of Prince Fielder. Yount is most likely, but [censored] would a Prince card be awesome! Would rather have him over a 99 Big Papi.
