I love this game overall. Fantastic content. As a software engineer myself, I am however disappointed that the team would give up on making a solution within what it seems like a very short amount of time. The amount of lost time for users is a tough one to swallow. I just unlocked 99 Lindor and thought I lost him. The only way I can put him on my team is choosing to have the computer make the best team he pops up. Thank goodness. But what about for the future with better players coming out? I request this bug to be looked into please. I know plenty others who lost all progress so I can’t complain at all. I feel a lot for those souls. For the sake of the keeping current users for the future, I suggest not giving up sensitive problems so quickly. There is almost always a solution that can be implemented. I took the L on this bug (18-0 and 6 hours) and restarted. I hope this message gets passed to your programmers. I believe users would have much more sympathy over a major bug issue if they knew you were trying to fix it. I request a query to be executed to find those who restarted after x amount of time and for those users to be compensated accordingly. That would fix the heartache for most.
