Seriously, it’s 2026 and we still don’t have hand guards, elbow guards over the jersey, ski masks, etc. When is the last time SDS even touched equipment and added something new?? It’s been literally years which is so lazy and not right. Baseball fans are nerds and 100% care about stuff like this, so why doesn’t SDS? Say what you want about EA, but they add detailed things like this around equipment every year and even throughout the year AFTER madden launches. C’mon SDS, you guys are so much better than this and fans like myself want immersion as much as possible. We’re on year 6 of a Playstation FIVE, there’s no excuse. Please give us at least 1 of the above equipment adds in some of these patches coming up. It would make a big difference for fans like myself.

Huge Sox fan and it’s insane how lazy SDS has gotten smh every organization’s top 10 prospects should be in the game. How are guys like Justin Gonzalez and Juan Velara missing ??? That’s inexcusable. They hired RidinRosters couple years ago and I thought that would lead to more detail on having prospects in the game but it’s made absolutely 0 difference SMH ehat happened to SDS man, genuinely makes me sad

I know SDS gets these at Spring Training, but why are there so many prominent players missing Body/Face Scans every year at launch. I wouldn’t care so much if the difference between scanned and non-scanned wasn’t so huge, but it is. The non-scanned models are so much worse smh I’m a massive Red Sox fan and these current ones are pretty egregious (Mayer’s body makes him look 10 years old, Narvaez looks like he weighs 180 lbs, & Durbin looks like he’s 6’5). Even prominent players like Duran and Crochet don’t have proper scans (Duran Is a Mexican American with curly hair in real life yet in the game has the same hair as the lead singer of a rock band). As a Sox fan, it’s frustrating & disappointing. I buy the game every year and it really sucks my favorite team is done so inaccurately. Was hoping to create this thread to get others to list players they’d like to see updated with body & face scans, and hopefully it bring awareness to it so SDS would update them asap. Mine are:

Carlos Narvaez (body)
Jarren Duran (face & hair)
Marcelo Mayer (body)
Garret Crochet (face & body)
Caleb Durbin (body)

@TheBigPapa55_PSN we found SDS’s burner lol shutup bro and give me a break. It’s 2026 and the non scan models are horrific. Fans have a right to want the most realistic game for $100. If they can’t get real scans for a player, at least improve the detail on the non scan model. What they have right now is lazy and looks terrible. It’s ppl like you who give SDS the comfortability to put out a lazy product every year.

@RiceRiceBaby15_PSN with all due respect, it’s a $100 game. The least they can do is have accurate models for all the players. So no, I don’t agree I should be “grateful” for the bare minimum.
