Right now I’m doing the final program w it being the diamond one. In order to get all of the stats to 50 all I have to do is finish the program right?

Been grinding offline just trying to finish up programs and stuff. I went to hop on with the new squad and I got an error code saying “Sorry you’re currently prevented from using this feature”.. I’m very confused. I did have to renew my Xbox game pass but all other games work just fine.
