Is there a way to undo a deleted file? I made a mistake and deleted a roster file and wanted to know if there is a way to undo that?

Hi, new to the forum here, but I hope I did not create a mess. I just opened Mlb the show24 and it auto saved the live roster over my created roster. I spent way too much time on my created roster. Please dont tell me its lost forever. Please tell me there is a way to retreive it.
